Our Team

Eduardo “Ed” Arango, Esq.

Ed was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. For the last 20 years Ed has represented thousands of clients. Ed has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and trials. The son of Cuban parents who fled communism, he understands the value justice. Ed grew up in Miami, Florida, where he attended the University of Miami and graduated with degrees in journalism and English literature. He then attended law school at St. Thomas Aquinas School of Law and graduated in 2001. Ed’s hobbies include coaching his son’s little league team, watching professional baseball, hiking, swimming, and kayaking. Most of all Ed enjoys time with his family. Ed has a passion for justice and approaches every case with the same intensity and dedication needed to win.

Laura A. ARANGO, Esq. (Laura Weis)

Laura was born and raised in Miami, Florida. For the last 17 years Laura has defended businesses and municipalities. Laura understands what it takes to win. Laura grew up playing tennis and was ranked in Florida as one of the top competitors. Laura graduated from Florida State University with a degree in psychology and minored in sociology. In 2002, Laura graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas School of Law. Laura‘s entire focus and expertise has been in employment law matters and assisting business owners overcome difficult legal obstacles in their workplace. Laura’s philosophy is to help employers create a work environment which fosters efficiency, stability, creativity and equality; a happy employee can create a happy workplace. Helping employers with whatever legal issues arise, especially now in a post COVID work community, is Laura’s ultimate goal. Laura’s hobbies include spending time with her two kids, gardening, running, kayaking, and traveling.
